an INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO

by HTX Design Guy

Luxury you can actually live in.

At Hudson Environments, our mission is to design homes that are as effortless as they are elegant—spaces that look incredible and live beautifully.

We specialize in creating luxury you can actually live in: think practical luxury, where modern lines meet vintage charm, and eclectic flair is grounded by custom, thoughtful details.

We help busy professionals and families move from being overwhelmed and decision fatigue to confidence and comfort. Every room we design blends sophistication with livability—so it feels polished, personal, and perfectly suited to real life.

Your home should be your favorite place.

Who We Help

We work with busy Houston professionals and families who want a home that feels as good as it looks. Our clients often feel stuck—overwhelmed by endless design choices, unsure how to pull everything together, and worried about making costly mistakes.

The Struggle

You’ve invested in your home, but it still doesn’t reflect your personality or flow with your lifestyle. You want a space that’s elevated yet livable, stylish yet practical.

The Transformation

We take the stress and guesswork out of design so you can enjoy a home that feels cohesive, welcoming, and uniquely yours. Together, we’ll create spaces that support your lifestyle, simplify your day-to-day, and bring beauty and calm into every corner.

That room?

Growing up there was always that one house, maybe that one house was yours—but, that house had that one room that NO ONE dare to enter and was off limits most of the time. That one room that was used once or twice a year when company came over—or, when a visiting family member was stopping by for a second on their way to the airport.  What was the point of that room? What is the point of having a space and not being able to use it, or better yet enjoy it?  You can still have that “one” room, but how about making it an actual room in which you can live in and utilize? That’s what we do. We design spaces for everyday living.

Love of Art & Design, naturally!

My affinity for all things design comes naturally. My family has a long artistic history. As a child, I was surrounded by some form of art. I would tag along with my seamstress grandmother to the fabric store where we would spend hours searching for the perfect fabric for one of her many clients.

As for my love for color and my discriminating eye for quality, I credit my mother. I unknowingly built my knowledge of color and pattern by observing her getting ready for work.  A self-proclaimed “fashionista”, she was known for mixing pattern and color.  As for quality, she was all about purchasing items that were made from the best fabrics available, made well and made to last.

My father and aunts were all musically gifted artists, all were either professionally trained operatic singers or pianists. Even though I LOVE MUSIC, I can’t play an instrument or carry a tune to save my life. Instead my family’s artistic lineage continues to live on through me by way of the visual arts.

Encouraged to take traditional art classes early on taught me how to express my creativity: pencil to pad, charcoal to paper, brush to canvas and hands to clay. The design classes I experienced later deepened my love for art, while further developing my growth on the principles of design.

This lifelong passion for all things design has allowed me to create spaces where I can maximize style without sacrificing comfort, creating a feeling of practical, yet livable luxury.

Foxford Way

Step inside our latest transformation of a 1970's home—where timeless elegance meets modern functionality.

Hudson Environments reimagined the entire primary suite, creating a serene retreat with a newly expanded bedroom, a reconfigured ensuite bath, and a new custom walk-in closet.

The bath features a stunning mix of materials, elevated by champagne bronze finishes that add warmth and sophistication.

In the bedroom, a palette of blue, browns, tans and cream with a splash of green creates a calming, layered look that feels both fresh and inviting.

This is more than a renovation—it’s a complete redefinition of comfort and style.
